Nia Restaurant aims to remove the barriers between the guest and the Chef, encouraging conversation while his art is expressed by preparing and presenting an ever-evolving tasting menu, which sees the principles of Japanese kaiseki cuisine and Neapolitan culture merge together. Thus creating a unique synergy that goes beyond the dictates of classic menus, transporting the guest towards new horizons.

Born in Campania, Japanese by lifestyle and passion.
Thanks to the teachings of Mamma Regina and Nonna Concetta, he discovers an unconditional passion for cooking.
Initially inspired by Campanian roots, then mixed with spicy notes, technique, and style of the ancient Japanese tradition.
Thus begins a journey that increasingly leads him towards cooking as a profession, culminating in the creation of NIA RESTAURANT in 2019 with his partner Stefania, his greatest supporter, where in a small provincial town (Palma Campania) he experiments and expresses all his creative flair.
He defines his cuisine as free, without borders, without barriers.
Today Mario Siano is ready, once again, to express all his passion and creativity on the slopes of Vesuvius, in the new location of Nia Restaurant.
